Lean Assessments

If you can't measure it, you can't prove it. The first step on the lean manufacturing journey is to take stock in the current performance of your manufacturing plant. The only true way to demonstrate improved performance is to take repeatable performance measurements. These metrics can be used to develop the plant's key performance indicators (KPI's). A lean assessment will identify possible KPI's for the manufacturing plant to use to demonstrate improved performance over time.  A thorough lean assessment will let you compare current operations to the industry's best practices.
